brief
An artwork by DRIFT, delivered by Drone Stories and SKYMAGIC, commissioned by Aorist and featuring music from Don Diablo, we were delighted to realise an aerial indoor drone performance as part of the artistic piece ‘Social Sacrifice’ at the Venice Biennale. Our fleet immersed the audience in a magical and unique experience.
The drones depicted a school of ‘A.I’ fish encountering a predator; our fleet created a mesmerising motion as they navigated through the space. Taking place at the historic Chiesa di San Lorenzo, thought to be the resting place of Marco Polo, our exclusive technology was a vehicle for storytelling, and led spectators on an interactive journey around the building.
