SKYMAGIC were invited by Done+Dusted Middle East to deliver an intimate 300 drone light show as part of the opening display for the President’s Cup Final football game in Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, Al Ain.
Working with Done+Dusted and Progress Productions, SKYMAGIC’s spectacular drone show took place within a 10-minute window before kick-off, telling the story of football in the UAE and paying homage to former and current President’s of the UAE for their vision and leadership. The vibrant three-dimensional drone formations were accompanied by lighting and SFX to create an emotive, live production.
Using 300 performance RTK drones, SKYMAGIC took viewers on a journey through many special moments, including vivid depictions of the UAE’s Hope mission rocket taking off for Mars, and the incredible Covid-19 vaccine.
